So for years I've never really had a balance in my Paypal account as it's linked directly with my bank which has ample amounts of money. I've made numerous transactions daily with the Paypal Business Debit Card and never had an issue whilst still maintaining a ZERO Paypal Balance. However that changed about 1 week ago.... was using my Paypal Business Debit Card to buy some food, guess what... it was denied... talked to customer service after being on hold for 10 mins.... no resolution in sight.. the excuse was that i didnt have a paypal balance... such bologna, I haven't held a paypal balance in years... then 3 days later had to call again as my card hadn't been working since that day i attempted to get food with my card. What is the issue here.. as Paypal Customer Service has no answer.. Do I need to jump onboard with Adyen instead of paypal?
