I sold a motorcycle to a mate who sent me money via friends and family 2 months ago. Today, randomly Paypal decide to refund my mate even though he hasn't raised a case. I didnt realise Paypal refund family and friend payments. I have withdrawn and used the money and my paypal is in a negative balance. 1. How can i stop paypal from putting their grubby fingers into my bank account? 2. how do i reverse this reversal???
