Great News! For a month I have been trying to cancel, return, get reimbursement for an item misrepresented by a seller on eBay who used Amazon to fulfill the order. I have contacted customer service from eBay, Amazon and PayPal on phone, on line and in the mail. PayPal is the BEST. They listened on the phone, filed a claim, got information needed from me and contacted the uncooperative seller. My case has been resolved, my account reimbursed and I am SatisfiedShelly
