I don't know if this is legal what PayPal is doing but it's scummy as hell   I sent my friend $1.00 because she was sort and the tax was $1.00 for a total of $2.00 and she only resaved $0.75 so PayPal has taxed me to send and taxed her to resave it does not seem legal to tax someone who has paid the tax to send money to someone ... so I got on to PayPal today and I realised that was in the negative zone on my balance I checked my email and it seems like the refund of that I requested to come through has been denied on my bank so it did not go through my bank and did not go to my PayPal either it actually doubled the amount that was taken out of my PayPal account I don't know what causes it is probably something to do with the refund system I don't know but pretty much what happened is I requested a refund on one payment and the next day it had taken money out of my account for no reason this is this day ...
