Hi, I've been trying to call Paypal but it's just impossible if you're from the Philippines and a minute of call time costs a gazillion pesos if you're calling an international, not toll-free, customer support number. I've been trying to report that I withdrew my paypal funds to the wrong account and I've been to the bank and they said that they don't see any floating money as of my transaction period. It says the transaction is completed on my paypal account so I'm not sure how I can have that reversed and how I can trace the bank account number I sent my funds to so my bank can trace it.
