I received two Zettle card readers last week that both do not work, but show a Security Alert " the security sensor has been activated, and the device is now locked. Please call Zettle Customer Service." I have called them four times in the last 8 days, but they seem unable/unwilling to help. The only answer I get is that this has been escalted to Tech Support who has not come back yet. Reading that others had similar experiences and did not get any support I'm wondering what is going on here. Will there ever be help? Or is the better option to return them and get the money back?
