So long story short I’ve been really unwell and have been in hospital for around 2 weeks now following a emergency operation and don’t know when I’ll be discharged as of yet. A buyer has requested a refund today and when I have attempted to honour the refund for some reason PayPal won’t send it. I’ve got the correct funds in my PayPal account and have attempted sending it three times now with no luck. I recently have transferred banks and my old bank account is closed so I removed it from PayPal with no issues. I’ve added my new debit card details however when trying to add the new bank account details PayPal will not add the account! This bank account is brand new and not set up with any other PayPal account. It’s very frustrating because I have money in my PayPal that I want to withdraw into my new account and I can’t.
