Never mind. To everybody else: Don't bother responding. After getting two more irrelevant replies from Pay Pal support (including one very snarky one) -- this makes 10 (TEN!!!!!) back-and-forths, with no actual answer anywhere. I'm closing my Pay Pal account. This is just not worth the trouble.
