Whenever I try to use Pay Pal to send money to a friend using my linked (and verified) checking account as the payment source, the payment takes over a week to go through. Apparently, it's going through as an "eCheck" payment. Yes, I have a confirmed credit card linked to my account. Yes, my linked checking account is confirmed. Yes, I'm in the United States and so is the payee. And yes, I'm selecting my bank account as the payment source. So why no Instant Payments? (The Pay Pal support people have been worse than useless in troubleshooting this. After EIGHT totally off-target replies from them, I'm giving this forum a try.)
