I sold an item on eBay for 100 but the buyer wasn't happy and wanted 20 pound refunded so I transferred 20 to his PayPal and he closed the case so I can withdraw my money but I got an email saying my 20 pound never went through but the case is still closed and it will not let me withdraw the money it is not in my wallet screen but on my activity screen it says -20 +100 it is all there can the only thing it will let me do is refund the payment what do I do? I want to get my money do I refund 20 pound will I be able to access my money then? Why is PayPal so difficult to use
