Busy, really? It's paypal they should have the capacity to handle inbound customer service. Don't even get a busy signal, just a hang up. It's bad no matter how you look at it. Plus, this happened 10x, sounds more like a staffing problem than anything. I hit them up on facebook. took 3 days to reply. Im surprised by how awful the service is with such a widely used and well known company.    Anyways, in other words there's no solution. I'm missing funds from my account and need to speak to customer service. Iv'e called several times (1 https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call) and each time i make it through the automated system, the phone rings once and then disconnects. Why is this issue happening and how can i get through and speak to a paypal representative? I was able to make it through to someone one time, but that was out of about 10 attempts.  ... View more
