@Sc25 I'm not sure why it would come up with this error message only at night. I do know that if you make transfers or withdraws after 7pm EST it does add 1-5 days to the time it takes to pend. https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/How-long-do-bank-transfers-take-FAQ1022 Maybe its better that you didn't do it that night, because it looks as though if transferred after 7pm on a Friday- Sunday, it will take (at least) 3 days to post. ... @TheJayJayStore  Unfortunately my 40.00 withdraw/ transfer had been pending since I first spoke to support on Tuesday, February 13th at 11:45am. On Thursday, February 15th I called support again, just to see if I could find any information on an ETA of the funds. The agent did inform me that it can take up to 1-3 business days to pend and post as completed. His personal estimated date was Feb 19th (today) however I knew that wasn't possible since it was a federal holiday. After I spoke to support on the 15th, I then called my bank account's support line. I asked them if they showed anything as pending, or if there was anything that they could tell me on their end. They informed me that any incoming transactions that are transferred or deposited into their member's accounts are instantaneous and they post immediately. On Saturday, February 17th the withdraw/ transfer was posted on my PayPal and marked as "Completed" however the account that was meant to receive the 40.00 was not showing any balance, nor was it showing any incoming transactions as "Pending." I ended up calling customer support and they looked over my account. It showed as there being a security feature locking me out of being able to make transfers/withdraws. However, he could not pinpoint as to why they were on there (there was no explanation from where he was looking) He then asked me a series of security verification questions to try and bypass the hold.  He said it looked like it was removed and to try again to transfer in 5-10 minutes and also stated that it may not have worked- and that if it didn't, the security couldn't attempt to be bypassed again for 72 hours on customer service's end.  I tried again and it worked (by worked I mean it didn't give me that error code- it said that the transfer could take 3-5 business days)  but then when I checked back it said 1 business day (as long as you transfer before 7pm eastern time.  It now shows the withdraw as "pending"   To contact customer support: by phone at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call or by email at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/email. I have a new paypal account and I've verified my account, my bank, my card etc. My money was received (40.00) and I've been trying to transfer it into my account on file (as well as my card on file) Is there a reason for this?
