I have been without my account for eight weeks as a limit was put on my account without reason. I have plenty of funds in the account. I followed through with PP requests and supplied the details and my site came up with 'being verified' that has been over three weeks ago. I can't purchase anything nor pay my Ebay bill. I have been in tough wityh the Financial Ombudsman who has sent a complaint to PP and PP have responded that they will answer in due course. I have no faith in that as I have had five automated responses saying they will answer within 48 hours - needless to say they have not contacted. Additionally the telephone number online is noit obtainable.
