Thank you, I did verification years ago so I hope it lasts.   Its a real drawback not being able to use PayPal when outside the country. Its not useful if I can't specify where my purchase is to be delivered. Did you know that according to a UN study in 2013; 232 million people live outside their countries of origin.  Real world implication is that I can only use PayPal to send something to my home address for the 7 days I am there in a year. I always wondered why PayPal was not being offered on all online shopping sites, even flight bookings as it would be so much easier.   Now it is clear that it is not as usable as a credit card service.  I hope this can be resolved in the future as I wouldn't want to have to try and open a PayPal account first in every country I want to send a delivery to whether for myself or as gifts. ...
