I am having the exact same problem with the same exact details that you stated. This is a new paypal account I have another that has the same bank account linked and no issues with that one. But anyway I did what they asked, explained about the bank activity which really wasn't much of anything. It shows I completed everything they asked yet still limited. This is for my business which I just launched yesterday. I need to be able to invoice my customers. I cannot understand what else I can do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ... View more
