I realize that Paypal has the urge to update their website and agree that changes are needed from time to time. However, I think the IT department and those who control such issues need to apply a little reverse logic when making updates. First, why completely change virtually everything on the site making causing a total re-learning by everyone who uses the website. Why not retain the format and make changes within the existing format so everyone does not have to completely re-learn virtually everything. Why not use your creative skills in that fashion rather than making it hard on the users. Then slowly integrate format changes over a period making our learning process much easier. I know it would be more difficult for you but it would make it easier for us. That's the way I ran my IT department and the reception of updates and other changes by users was very high. You're the smart ones so how about showing us how smart you really are. I now have to completely re-learn my use of the Paypal website something I really do not have the time or inclination to do. I am sure that you are really proud of your work. How about being proud of the acceptance of your work. How about saving time and money for your real clients, the users. We deserve a break sometime. We know you are smart. Why not show us how really good you are.
