I started a dispute as I bought items from overseas but it was an incomplete order. PayPal would only let me dispute the full order amount but the seller is happy to offer partial refund if I change the amount on the dispute. can someone please explain how I might go about changing the value of the dispute because I can't see a way. many thanks
