May I just point out, that I was only ever claiming for partial refund. But, the sytem led me in a direction, regarding my claim, that made it appear I was claiming for a full refund, that is for the transaction amount, rather than just one of the two orders covered by that transaction. Only when that claim was cancelled was I able to move on to claiming for missing quauntity. Unless I've missed something and I could have claimed for missing quantity right from the start. It would be nice if that is possible.
