Hello, A customer made payment on Jan 23, 2018 at my site www.bazaarmaya.com. The product has been shipped out and received in Correos Spain. Today the customer made dispute claim on my paypal. I tried to give her feedback and send her shipping information of delivered purchased but she escalated the claim. I have mistakenly chosen an option from the Resolution Centre resulting in negative balance appear in my account -$217.98 USD. I thought I was sending her feedback and overlooked that the option I chose was to send the refund. Please help me fix this issue.
