It really isn't much money. I only got like 13 bucks in there lol but it won't let me at it because i need to "increase withdraw limit" apparently. However, I can send money from my bank account over to it without a hitch. By the way, I've never taken any cash out of my Paypal account - it's never let me. I was talking to you yesterday about my withdrawal issues actually just a further update on that whole thing - my bank account has been added, and confirmed those two things got the green tick and are crossed out but above them it says set up bank funding is that another step that i've overlooked? if so, how do i go about that??
