About a month ago, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company (also a card I use on PayPal, I used PayPal technically, to make this specific disputed purchase)...long story...Anyway, my Paypal account has been limited since then. I have taken every step to remove the limitation from my account. No response from PayPal, and I never got a "final steps" email, I get every other email from PayPal normally in my inbox. I checked spam folders, everything. I uploaded documents regardless of recieciving the email. I don't understand why this dispute caused such a problem for my account, the limitation is not lifting, and customer support is not contacting me. I don't know what to do. I am afraid to use eBay or make further purchases with my PayPal account. The limitation says I am disputing an "unauthorized" transaction, which isn't even the case. No fraud happened, I am simply disputing a charge against a very shady merchant. I would really like to be able to use my account again...What can I do?
