@mwalters667 I know PAD is offered by sellers and not the merchants, i said that in my first reply. And i guess as they are offering you a small interest free 'loan' they offer it when cash flow allows. They are stopping it in the U.S so it may stop over here as well as what happens in the U.S often follows in the UK.
