I received a text message today from +44 7718 369183 ”Your PayPal has been temporarily limited! You have 24H to confirm account information or your account will be locked.” There is a link that I can see named paypal.co.uk.9dkv.pw I did not click on it but checked my account separately and there are no issues with my account. Is this a Scam? Who should I report this to? thanks for your advice
