Just had same from 07704462167. IT'S A SCAM. DON'T LOG IN. I'm a web developer so spotted this a mile off... It goes to [paypal.co.uk].[b1yp.pw]. This is actually a sub-domain/pointer [paypal.co.uk] of the domain [b1yp.pw] (.pw is a top level domain registered to a pacific island called Palau and this site is hosted in Atlanta in the US). The first giveaway is that the link in the SMS is not secure https:// PayPal always use secure links. Secondly, they would have emailed you with personally identifiable information such as your name in the email. Not just a text message. I can't see any malware or virus etc. It's a phishing site designed to steal your login details. As long as you haven't logged in on this site you should be fine. ALWAYS go directly to PayPal.com to log in. NEVER log in by following a link.
