Getting “unable to process your request. Please try again later” when I try to create a UPS shipping label. My UPS account is good and everything is good on my end. What’s going on? I can ship USPS fine.

Do to Covid costumer service is shut down. I’m trying to link my ups account to PayPal but when I go through the simple steps of doing so I get “we are unable to process your request try later” and then I get an email that says I changed my phone number. Anyone have an idea what the heck is going on?

I’ve had the problem again! But we found a workaround. Cancel the shipping label print. Right click on the pdf and save to desktop. Open on desktop and size it and print fro there. Takes a little practice to get the rite size but it’s working.

When will I be able to ship UPS through PayPal again? I spent hours going through my computer trying to fix the problem only to find out it’s on PayPal’s end. No warnings from PayPal this is happening and I have to try to create a shipping label to know whether it works again or not and it costs something each time. I spent money on one package 7 times trying to work it out and that money is held for a while. Where can I just know whether it’s up again or not? Very frustrating and PayPal should work to inform us of problems instead of just not saying anything at all.

I’ve been selling to larger companies that sell my product and I don’t want their customers seeing what my customers paid and the packing slips are often left on the packaging and employees of those companies need not know. So it would be nice to eliminate the fields where there is dollar values. Does anybody have any ideas.
