I sold an item on Grailed on December 19th, shipped the same day and provided a tracking number. A couple days later, this person opened a PayPal dispute, (my money still on hold in my account), and then picked up my item which had been delivered to his post office. I have sent numerous emails to PayPal, however either their replies are completely irrelevant to my questions or tend to not even respond for 2 to 3 days. Then today, I saw that PayPal took my money out my account and is not on hold either. What do I do now? Are they taking my money out just until they finish looking at the case or ..? Please help ! + Also, I shippd with Certified Mail so that means the buyer cannot deny he did not recieve the item, as he signs his name when he recieves it. Thanks
