Recently I was making a decent income exchanging my bitcoin for others USD on Paypal.  Then after about a month of a handful of transactions I received an email from PayPal saying that is was against their Terms of Use Policy, claiming they do not allow currency exchange.  This doesn't make any sense because bitcoin is not a currency it's a digital asset.  The Government doesn't even consider it a currency, so what is the issue with selling it using paypal as a payment processor?   Thanks for any responses.   Also, I totally understand why it does not qualify for sellers protection and that there is a possibility that I can get scammed, that's not my issue. ... I have a good bit of money in my withheld balance right now, I believe it is because I am giving a significant amount of refunds.  The thing is I work with a site that sends payments to my PayPal from buyers and in exchange gives them currency from my wallet, so when these transactions are canceled by the buyer I have to refund. There is nothing I can do to control this and now my funds are being held for three weeks and I can't get them any sooner because I am not sending a physical product. Is there anything I can do to stop my payments from being withheld, I don't really have any dispute on my account and I have $6,000 in sales on my account, just a lot of refunds that aren't my fault.   Note all business if off of eBay, but my payments are held under.  "eBay non-performer" ... To make a little money on the side I buy bitcoin with my bank account and sell it for paypal.  I recently got the paypal business debit card to speed up the process, but whenever I try to purchase bitcoin on coinbase.com the transaction is instantly canceled.  To set up the caard coinbase withdraws $3 with two transactions and you must enter the amounts, these transactions had no issues, but I am not able to purchase bitcoin with it.  My daily limits have not been met and I do have enough available funds.   Thanks for any help. ...
