Exact same happened with me. Two nights in a row. Both correlate with times that Mint updates. Just chatted with PayPal CSR. Would not give me IP address of Firefox OS X that logged in, and offered that this might be an erroneous email sent by PayPal as there was site maintenance going on. I’m going with there is an issue with Mint and PayPal. So frustrating.

Prior to initiating a claim for an item not received, I had to initiate messages through the resolution center with the seller. (Seller has not responded to 4 previous emails and does not answer business phone number.) I cannot find a response from the seller in the resolution center despite seeing "Messages from Sellers (1)." The only messages showing in the resolution center are from me. Any suggestions?

Did you get any help with this? I have had this problem, as well. Shows as having 1 message from seller, but no messages are there except my own to the seller. No notifications or emails from the seller.
