I have received the error code for around 6 months and have tried on several occasions over that time. I didn't pay off my previous loan early and my sales are not on eBay. My sales have increased and I've had one dispute which was settled in my favour so there seems to be no obvious reason at all. Hi Inquesite,    We are exactly the same as you - last loan paid off in Sept/Oct (they refunded the lump sum we paid off and reopened the loan too) and have been getting DLGJ0260 error codes up .. gave up trying and today thought I would try - it went through the business information and application and then error code DLGJ0306 - spoke to PayPal WC team and they say there is no issue with the account and it is computer generated which they are trying to over ride but to keep trying.. if you would let us know if / when you are successful that would be much appreciated.    Many thanks  ... You see that. Now I was told to try every day.   This is paypal at it's pathetic worst. this was my first working capital. paid it off. sales increased 80% over the past year.   They need to withdraw it entirely if it's going to be a pot-luck  service.
