Still having the same issue and have been unable to get another advance, even though, as with others, my sales have increased by 100%. I have issued no refunds, have had no disputes.   If there is no consistancy in the parameters for getting the advance then it cannot be called a service. Now I was told to try every day.   This is paypal at it's pathetic worst. this was my first working capital. paid it off. sales increased 80% over the past year.   They need to withdraw it entirely if it's going to be a pot-luck  service.
