I've tried to contact this Ebay seller over the past week multiple times regarding an order placed two weeks ago on November 24. I have received no communication from them since placing my order, which I need in time for Christmas. Today, I found that Paypal requires me to contact them, yet again, before they will help me in this matter. I now see that this is a common complaint with emilyandlilly. Do I have no recourse, but to wait until it is too late to replace this order for my son's Christmas present with one from a reputable seller?
