When you made this refund, were the funds being held? If so, did the refund come from the pending balance or were the funds taken from your bank account or credit card that you have associated with PayPal. I am having a similar problem and am afraid if I refund the money it will be taken again, instead of simply canceling out the held funds/ pending balance. Am I safe to refund?
