My customer placed their order on 4/21 using paypal, with a successfully authorized paypal express payment. I sent the order and when I tried to charge the account to complete the transaction, it rejected. When I emailed them about the rejected pmt. they email replied to me and said they got the items and they had already paid. I asked them to check their paypal account as it says pending in my account, not paid. Since then they will not respond or pay. What can I do? I am new to using paypal on my website as a form of payment from my customers.
