pay pal took money from my banking account without asking i have a pay pal balance i trried to talk with them but **bleep** no they wont budge is it legal to take money from my bank acccount without my approval ,   i told pay pal to shove it . and for them to tell the ceo of the compant to get back to his job and let obama .do his maby pay pal wants another bailout  naw they can steal it from my bank account . may the fleas from a thousand camels infest their arm pits ! may all their kids be born n aked ... Augrenel,   Oh no, definitely not - PayPal doesn't charge buyers for purchasing something online (unless you need us to convert currencies for you, say from US dollars to British Pounds).  Just as your local grocery store doesn't charge you more to pay at their register, PayPal won't charge you more to pay at theirs.    Hope this helps to clarify,   Adrian ... hello,yea just so you know,we ecomerce crew have seen way to many scams and money orders and checks are the past.thats why we are here on this forum.what happens is called the moneyorder nigerian scam ,as mentioned.i have personally had this scam tried many times on my 5-700$ products.it is easy to see,aperson emails exaxt words [a chain mail letter] saying if product is still availible,good condition,and can there driver shiping co come pick it up.they offer a money order or check for extra payment for driver.this chek/moneyorder usually cashes at your bank.a week later the treasury department wants to know why you suport alkkkkkkddaaaa,,haaa.yep you comit a serioss felony bank fraud.i actually have whole vids and  text from these scammers.i dont bother telling anyone [anymore] ecept future victims but,do as ya do,peace ... Fresh Prince--   Maybe the Sellers can do whatever they want, BUT- when the Buyer turns around and claims a "not as described" or "damaged" -- PayPal sides with THEM!  Who loses?? The SELLER!!  You are right about them making their money off of the Sellers' fees, they need to do more to protect the Sellers from these false claims!!  The whole point of eBay is to MAKE money, NOT lose it!!  Sometimes the Buyers making these claims get their money refunded AND are allowed to keep the item!!!!!!!!!!!!!   BS!! ... need help in money sent but was not credited to my...
