I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing unrecognized transactions in your bank account! If these transactions are not showing in your PayPal account, it sounds like your debit card may have been compromised. There are two calls that should be made.
You should contact PayPal to request that they search for that card in the system and find any unauthorized use outside of your PayPal account. Sometimes it's discovered that a family member has used the card, or there was some other authorized use of the card that was forgotten.
If it turns out that the transactions are truly unauthorized, a representative can begin the unauthorized activity investigation. You'll also want to contact your card-issuing bank to report that the card has been compromised so they can shut it down and issue you a new one.
