Hi there, I am NO expert, however experience with these paople (The site we are currently on) stopped me from using their services a few years ago, I sent an item had proof of posting and everything that should have been available was. They guy got a Thousand pind item of silver from me and because there was a delay in the tracking information being regenerated, paypal escalated the case to a claim with not so much as a bye youre leave - Lomg and the shorof that story was that i lost the item and the money because paypal have configured their rresponse interface in such a controlling manner that it is impossible to provide anything you want to. Although you can 'add files' which will not be opened or reviewed in the resoloution center. Move on to my latest experience, i sold a pair of genuine timberland boots to a guy in London (They were ladies boots) he recieves the item, privides feedback and the day after asks if i would take them back as they were too small.....(My original listing stated i did not accept returns) I didnt hear anything for a month - and then out of the blue the case is opened, immediately escalated to a clam by paypal and i ended up receiving the boots back after he had been wearing them for a month. I submitted an Affidavit from Timberland confirming my boots were genuine, i supplied onine documentation - I am sorry to say the truth of the matter is that the alleged claims experts couldnt fight their way out of a see through dress, they do not look at any evidence supplied, even if they did they seem unable to comprehend what is sent to them and they will undoubtedly ensure that the claim goes against you, then to add insult to injury they will most likely start holding your funds for periods up to 21 days and generally make your life a misery. What i had to do, once again was jump through the hoops and wait for the claim to be closed after receiving the goods back, then i had to file a disoute with their team for review and supply further information (Not that it will be looked at) I was sent a questionnaire (Ill copy and paste it for you at the bottom of the post) now it is in the laps of the idiots in the claims team at paypal. I say idiots as i am actually a claims specialist for high net worth maritime claims and i can tell you i know how to collect and coallate evidence, they just dont understand. So what you didnt want to hear me say was that you probably will have more luck sprouting wings which are tattoed with this weeks winning lottery numbers than get anything sensible from these guys, It is not in their interest to help you - they hold your funds and earn interest while they mess about and dont have the courtesy (nor does Fleabay) to give you your selling/purchase fees back.
