I ordered two items to try for erasing lines on my face and eyes. I ordered them at the End of October and really did have a chance to try them. After ordering I immedicaly called and informed them I didn't want any more, but I found I had been charged for both on November 1. I called and tried to talk to a person who was very hard to understand, and obviously because the person I spoke with didn't do his job and I didn't write down his name and number, I am still being charged. I have now a cancellation number and the name of the agent and her number, but I never received the email she said I would. Am I just stuck? Expensive lesson to learn.
