I ultimately called the customer service number and had them manually enter my EIN. That worked. But we also think we found another workaround. Even though I entered my EIN when I opened the account, it was not showing up when I clicked Profile > Profile and Settings. At the very bottom of the "profile and settings" page, there is a place to enter your EIN. Ours simply showed all X's. As soon as the customer service person manually entered our EIN, that field populated. I have a feeling that I could have done that same thing from the profile and settings page.
