Hi Jyana56,   The 21-days hold on the payment is S.O.P for unverified merchant accounts, I think. You should be able to see some info and requirements to become one if you look it up - It'll take a while to get verified though (One of the items is only cleared after 60 days of getting payments).   Good news is - You can have your customers/clients confirm the payment in their payment history to shorten the hold to 2-3 days.   Have a good one! ...
