I sold a coat to a woman for £100 she agreed on my method of posting (Royal Mail first class parcel) paid through good and service. Got intouch 6 days after I sent the proof of postage receipt to tell me it hadn't arrived. I typed the reference number into the Royal Mail website and it is marked down as delivered, I've spoken to Royal Mail who have since sent a letter which in that states this item was delivered. She is now asking me for the £100 back. But I have sent and have proof of sending this item. She was un happy that Royal Mail website states she could only claim back £20 so has came to pay pal to resolve. We're so I stand? This item was sold through a Facebook group and messinging one another.
