If you are still having issues removing your bank account, please check the following. If there is a pending transaction this could be a recent payment funded by your bank account. It can take up to 5 - 7 days fro a bank funded transaction complete. It could also relate to a recent withdrawal, sometimes they take up to 72 hours to clear.
Sometimes, there is an old billing agreement with a merchant or a subscription set up with the bank as the set funding source. You can check any pending payment in the Activity section and agreements in the Setting section under Payments and then Manage pre-approved payments.
It could also be a security measure, If you have checked all the above please send a request through the secure Message Centre on your account or give our Custoerm Support a quick call on 0800 358 7911. They will assist with the removal.
