I sold a hoodie to a buyer. In the invoice, I clearly stated I would not accept any returns or refunds if the hoodie was taken out of original packaging, worn or used. After having the hoodie for 3 days and taking the hoodie out the packaging, the buyer messaged me he is returning the hoodie regardless of me agreeing and then filing a chargeback if I dont refund. Is he allowed to do this? What are my options? The value of the hoodie has depreciated since its not dead stock quality anymore since its a collectible and I will be losing money because of this.
