Ok so i bought this item from a website called Grailed. So i sent the merchant the money and everything and it went through. Later the seller messages me saying that my address is an unconfirmed address and that paypal said my transaction was a high risk transaction and they automatically refunded me which I have to wait a week for. Then i call up paypal asking them why my address is unconfirmed they could not answer my question. Then they told me to buy the item again and that paypal will front up the money for me. So i proceed and do that i go through all the steps, but then my payment could not be processed. I call back again and ask them why this is happening, they say that since i had a problem with this seller today and this website I can no longer use this website anymore and not purchase this product. They then asked me to tell the seller to go offsite and buy from him. But here is the problem this website called Grailed specifically says that users who do go offsite will be banned and may not be protected from their protection and paypal protection. So i am very confused as why a supervisor (by the way his name is Michael) would ask me to do something against the rules. Now i think that the seller has sold to somebody else and now i have to wait a week for my money to come back when i cant even buy the product and wasted 3 hours talking to them. Also there seems to be a lack of consistency of the information that the employees are telling me as they literally told me something different each time. Paypal has made a mistake and i am paying for their mistake. Paypal seems very unapollegetic about this situation and is not willing to help at all. There customer service is absolutely terrible. Is there anyone that can help me.
