I have been try to get my money back from a buyer who filed a claim but has all of the corrrect parts as well as additional parts. The customer is not answering any texts or calls. The negative balance is now in collections and Pay pal is not being very helpful due to me "not answering an email in a timely manner". Do I bother continuing with paypal trying to fix it or do i just go to small claims court??? Please help any advice helps. Thank you Jane
