Hello, So I recently purchased shoes from a shopfiy website in Sept. It has been almost 2 weeks since the order and I have not gotten the shipment nor the tracking number. I tried to contact my seller; however gmail says the email does not exist, and as a result I think I have gotten scammed. I tried filing a case, but paypal says I already posted a case on this and when I go to the resolution center it says I have 0 cases. What should I do at this point? I tried filing a dispute, tried calling them, but paypal says that the payment was not processed so I cant file it. However, on my bank account it is clearly processed. I want to get my money back, so what whould I do?
