How do I do the paypal security check? I do not have a phone number or an id so I can't call paypal to get the restrictions limited.

Why can't I send money to a different account using my bank instantly? It literally worked 5 hours ago and I have a debit card.

It says shipped, but it already arrived. Why isn't it updating to delivered? Now I can't get my funds!

Quoting Paypal: Buyers can also mark the item as received in the Transaction Details page, which will release the payment three days afterwards. The buyer confirmation option will be available after the item has been marked as processed or shipped. The buyer said he marked my item as shipped. But why do I have to wait 9 more days. It says THREE DAYS. Not nine!

Yes I provided tracking. It even said it shipped. It is pending.
