I've been having trouble using my paypal account and understandably so being that i haven't used the account since 2018. However I've called several to verify only to run into representatives who speak broken english causing miscommunication and ultimately a failure to properly verify leaving me unable to send or spend money from my account. I'm not sure this is a question being that I've already called several days straight to remedy the situation with no remedy. Because of this I plan to delete the account. Cashapp has already permitted me to do what your company advertised but didn't. Cashapp for crying out loud! How does cashapp outperform a reputable company like paypal? Don't bother answering... I probably won't comprehend anything you're saying anyway.
