I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to make a payment using the method of funding you'd prefer to use. Each time a payment is attempted, our security system reviews the payment to determine if there are any potential safety issues. In some cases, a payment may be denied. In other cases, a specific funding method may not be able to be used. You can always try the payment again later, or select a different funding method from the ones available. It's best not to retry the payment too many times, however.
