Hello, the issue that I have been undergoing has been severely irratating and I don't know what to do. So in late July I sold my old phone on ebay to a buyer. The buyer had no physical issues with the device until a month after they already had the phone. At that point they messaged me saying that the phone doesn't charge and they want to know what to do. I responded saying that the phone didn't have that issue when I had it, I even provided the charger that I used when I had the phone. Clearly it had to be an issue on their end as a whole month transpired until they notified me of this issue, so somehow they had to of been charging the device for that month. Anyhow, they filed a claim on PayPal and the in the claim I explained my side of the situation, and still lost. So the buyer was granted the refund. However, PayPal said that the buyer had until Sept. 27 to send the device back to me or the refund would be denied, and that is what it said since the claim started on the 11th. Now it is the 29th and I still havent gotten the device back, and there isn't even a tracking number on PayPal to see if I will even get the phone back. The only option I have on the PayPal resolution center is to respond saying that I've gotten the phone back but I haven't. So now I dont know what to do tl;dr I Sold phone, buyer broke phone. buyer wants a refund, paypal grants refund. Buyer has until 27th get phone back in my possession, it's the 29th and I haven't gotten a tracking number or anything clarifying where the phone is. my only option is to say I got the phone back, when I didn't....
