I bought an item from a seller that was advertising her jumper through the app depop. I paid her via paypal today and she told me once i had paid she would post the jumper and inform me that she had sent the jumper. When i went on the app to ask her if she had posted the item and the app states that 'this user cannot be found' so i can only assume that she has removed her depop account and there for i will not be recieveing the jumper that i have paid for. I tried to open up a dispute through paypal but when i go to find the dispute information in the resolution centre. Does this mean she has also deleted her paypal account? Will i be able to get my money back? how do i make paypal aware of this situation? Thanks, Sarah
